About us: Situated in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, along the Sunshine Coast, the knowledge of the people who make up this business, includes vast experience in property sales and administration, negotiation, estate and voluntary auctions of assets, as well as training. We have been involved in the sales of smallholdings, farm properties and residential property as well as businesses country-wide for the past 18 years. Our principal, Tersia Ansems, is also an authorized Appraiser. We also cover the whole Kouga area, including Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp, Cape St Francis and St Francis Bay.
